Malashock Dance, one of San Diego’s premier modern dance companies, seeks a highly energetic, full-time Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team.
Position Summary:
The Malashock Dance Marketing & Communications Coordinator is responsible for helping to develop and implement a broad and strategic marketing and communications initiative that will serve to advance Malashock Dance’s mission, vision and goals.
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator oversees the myriad forms of communication that occur between our organization and our donors, patrons, and students, thus strengthening those relationships. Continued communication with the community at large ensures that the public is aware of the multitude of our activities, growing the reach and impact of Malashock Dance in our community.
The creative use of online communications and technology strategies, including our website, social media, blog and other web presences help maintain relationships, identify new audiences, and innovate new forms of participation and engagement with our organization without abandoning more traditional forms of communication.
