Lets face it, sometimes is hard to get moving in the morning! Our summer intensive students are putting in over 130 hours of dancing over the course of the three-week workshop, and it is my job to get them moving at 9:00 a.m. every day. It’s been a wonderful experience preparing their bodies for the rigorous training they are experiencing each day, but there’s just nothing like good music to motivate even the most sore, sleepy, and exhausted dancer.
